Our 2 minute silence for the fallen
Remembrance Day!
Every year on the 11 day, of the 11 month, we think about the soldiers in the past. It is important that we remember the soldiers, as they risked their lives for the freedom of Britan. The two minute silence is for us to stop and reflect. It is hard for us to comprend what life was like in the war.
Citizens all over the world wear poppies as a symbol of respect because on the fields where the soldiers fought and died, grew millions of poppies. Last year at the Tower of London they planted red, tiny poppies to represent each soldier that died in the battle.
